Dallas Drum was founded in summer of 2011 by Owner, Jon Zoog. He currently resides in the quiet small town of Sachse, Texas just outside of Dallas with his wife and children.

Aside from his professional music career of playing in a band, Jon began repairing and restoring drums in his garage at home as a hobby. Word of mouth spread as he began to receive calls for drum repair as well as requests on custom snares. Due to Jon’s exceptional work and loyal customers, the referrals began to increase. As Jon’s time increased working in the garage, he decided it was time to utilize his talents and skills as a business and founded Dallas Drum, where he now custom builds drums along with restoring and repairing, among many other services.
